Hello,
I am a naturalized US citizen of Indian origin since 1986. I am unable to find my original Indian passport, which was in possession of my deceased wife. She kept all previous papers with her and I never looked for them. She passed away suddenly in 2005 and I have no idea where did she keep all the papers. I want to apply for OCI card since I have a flat in Kolkata and I go there every 6 months during winter. I pay taxes and utility year around for my flat at Kolkata and I have a valid Indian Driving license.
Any suggestions from you for getting the OCI card will be gratefully appreciated.
