Hello....I want to know something.....I am NRI ,I am from India but now I came to USA permanently ..my passport was expired on 20 august 2010...but I fill the online application form and its tentative date is 16 oct but didn't sent that form till now...because I don’t know what is the cost for late renewal...I know common fees for renewal is $40 but I don’t know what will be mine....and I also don’t know what is the address of san Francisco.....where I have to send the form.....please tell me all these things....and I also wants to know how many documents I have to send...and how can I send money with form....can I send cash with form????
