Dear sir/Madam,

I have a quick enquiry. When I came to the UK over 30 years ago i sent my indian passport for surrender, but the indian high commision returned my old passport but didn't return me a letter of surrender.

Can you please help me to inform me how I can contact teh Indian high commision for a letter as a proof of my passport surrender.

I have an old copy of my old indian passport please can you advise me on how i can obtain a surrender certificate.

How can I contact the Indian High Commision to obtain a copy of passport surrender certificate?
I only have photocopies of my old passport as I sent the old one to the Indian High Commision, but never received a letter of surrender.
