Sir/mam,
I am holding a Nepalese passport. My husband is an Indian National and he holds an Indian Passport. He has the residence visa of UAE and he is residing there. I have planned to visit UAE in Family visa. Hence I am writing this mail to know about POE stamp in the passport. I have heard that if I fly from Delhi I need to have POE stamp on my passport. I made an inquiry in labor ministry about POE stamp but they told me that Nepalese don’t need such POE Stamp and we don’t know about POE Stamp. Since my husband is an Indian I am residing in Delhi and I need to fly from Delhi so I need to know the procedure for POE stamp and also the information that since I am travelling in tourist visa do I need to have POE stamp.
