OCI Eligibility

My name is Sai and I want to find out if my kids are eligible for applying for OCI card. My self and my wife were born in India and are Indian Citizens. Our kids were born in US and hold US passports. Are they eligible to apply for OCI cards ? They do have PIO cards but I'm planning to move back to India for good and would like to avoid the hassle of reporting back to the police authorities every 6 months with PIO card extension. I checked the eligibility section for applying OCI card and was a little confused.
