US Passport

Hi,

I need to Apply for US passport for new Born Baby . Her birth certificate has come but her SSN has still not come . Can I apply for her Passport without having her SSN number ? I do have my SSN number .

Also is it dificult to take her Passport Size photo . Any pointers on how to do it. We even went to Studio but they had tough time .

Is it advisable to take issue for her passport as early as she is 1month old . Some people say it is good to wait for sometime for baby's feature to develop as their face keep on changing.

Is there website where I can get all requirements for applying her passport.
