Jaggubhai- DOL is currently processing the applications made in Mar/Apr 2009. Yours seems to have been significantly delayed. Have you been notified of any audit? By the way, I have no issues in accesing the iCert portal.

If you got the audit in March, you may have responded in April 2009. And currently April '09 seems to be underway for processing, so I am hoping yours is just about to be certified. Best of luck in any case.

I filed the PERM on June 2008, got an audit on March 2009 , Still pending. God only knows what's going on with my application. i applied in EB2 category.

Liz2703- I sincerely hope that Anoopkumar is right in his observation/wish. If your case is under audit and if I am interpreting what is on the DOL website correctly , as of Dec 31 2009, they were processing the audits with priority dates dating back to Dec 2007 only. Please check http://icert.doleta.gov/#fragment-2 if you haven't already. I hope my interpretation is wrong and that you get the good news very shortly. Also I strongly encourage everybody to post/update their status on the "PERM Tracker" again on this website. It is an excellent tool to be aware of what is going on as far as LC goes, and saves from having to browse thru dozens of emails. http://www.immihelp.com/tracker/gree...erm-tracker.do But we need to update it regularly for the tool to be meaningful. Good luck to us all.

Filed MAR-15-2009 , EB2/EB3 category

My attorney says ..
EB-2 and EB-3 means nothing to the DOL, they are USCIS classifications. if the DOL approves the labor certification then immigrant petition can be filed under the specific category.A PERM has to approved before a preference petition can be filed with the USCIS. So i am wondering all the peoples are mentioning that they filed PERM under EB2 category or EB3 Category .

Can you really able to mention the catagory during filing the PERM or what attorney says is correct ? Can anybody answer this. Still waiting for a status ---- Applied MAR-15-2009.

EB-3 PERM Audit - Expected response?

Hello,

EB3 PERM was applied in Dec'08. A query was received and was replied within the asked 15 days in Nov'09. The online status is still showing "In process".

Does anyone know when a result would come out?

Currently I see they are working on Mar'09 applications. Since we replied with stipulated period, shouldn't the application was processed by this time?
