Need Help For B1 Extn

My B1 Visa (I Got 3 Months Entry) On 3 May, 2007, I want to apply for 3 more months. I have reason - I am to attand the seminars/trade shows & want to visit other locations. I will submit US Bank statement(how much money will be sufficiant), show registration, & letter from my company.

1. When I Should Apply for extension.

1. What else (documents) should i submit.

2. How long it will take to give approval/denial. b'coz i am applying for 3 months, just before 18 days expiry of my I-94 date.

3. What Happens If Denied, (Will My 10 Year Multyple Entry Visa Cancelled).
