B1 to H1

Hi ...

Actually I'm on B1 visa status with X company and I want to convert my visa status to H1 with Y company ....Is it possible....and how many days does it take to process H1...and where shall the stamping be done ???

Please suggest me...

B1 to H1 CoS has less chances of approval.
You can apply for H1 and return to home country and enter with h1 visa.
2-3 months for H1 approval. Work from Oct 1st.

H1 has nothing to do with B1.
Your employer can do it wherever you're.
H1 means the employer is ready to employ you from Oct 1st.

i'm on B1 status with another company....

and will be applying H1 through another company will there be any legal problems....
