I am a Citizen of India residing in USA with a Green Card. I will be eligible to apply for US Citizenship this year. I am interested in getting a Dual Citizenship. What is the procedure to apply for a Dual Citizenship (or is there one at all?)? Detailed steps/procedure would be appreciated.

Please clarify on the sequence.
1. Once we apply for US citizenship and it is approved, we will loose Indian citizenship.
2. Surrender Indian passport.
3. Then apply for Indian OCI?
