My cousin has his disabled daughter who can not sign and he kepts getting his n-600 application along with i-912 rejected due to her signature not on the application but like i metioned she is mentally disabled and cannot sign or even move her arms. what can he do or how to go about it. thanks

Every N-600 must have a signature in the instructions says ". Every application MUST contain the signature of the applicant (or
parent or legal guardian, if applicable). A stamped or typewritten name in place of a signature is not acceptable." in this case I think you are considered the legal guardian if you have proof of her disability.
