Hi,

I have a situation, I have a conditional green card which is expiring in 7 April 2011. I have some questions :

1. is there any fees for changing it to 10 year green card? should I apply before 90 days of expiration or within 90 days?

2. On dec7 2011 I would be in states for 3 years, so would I be eligible for citizenship? if yes what are the steps of getting it?
