An interview notice would've reflected on your online account. This could be some random notice they're sending, or the 48 months extension we're supposed to get (I haven't gotten mine yet, but I've already done my N400 interview).Originally posted by ET9709 View PostPending I-751 filed September 3, 2021. N400 filed Oct 7, 2022. Fingerprints reused. I-751. No case status update online but received UP post office notice that a letter is being delivered soon. Hoping it a scheduled N400 interview.

Has anyone who has their i751 pending received their 48 month extension letter yet? They said on Jan 23rd, 2023, they are extending the extension letter for I751 from 24 months to 48 months. I have yet to receive mine and its almost March.

Same exact situation in the Orlando Field Office. We had our interview this morning after getting the N-400 and I751 notices together. We were told my wife passed the test, and we were given Form N-652 stating, "You passed the English test and U.S. history and government test.", and "A decision cannot be made yet about your application." The officer told us verbally the reason was because the I751 had not been released by the Potomac office, and that he had noticed it before the interview started, and had requested the release hoping it would be done before the end of the interview alas it was not release prior to the end of the interview. He also mentioned not to worry we might be called before the end of the day to come to the oath ceremony and if not we should get a notice within days to come to the Oath ceremony. We never received a call. We Just checked our USCIS account and saw the following "Case Transferred to Another Office", we are hoping this means it was transferred to the Orlando Field Office. It also stated the following: "If you do not receive your notice by June 9, 2024, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice."
Has anyone experienced the same situation and what was the timeframe involved to go to the Oath Ceremony?

I would bring your spouse! There have been previous cases where people n-400 was delayed due to the officer wanting to interview the spouse at the same time for the pending I-751 and the spouse not being there. Worse comes to worse if your spouse does come is they will not be needed. Worst thing that can happen if they don't come is the case being delayed until they can reschedule with your spouse. If it was me I would choose the formerOriginally posted by aab.tx View PostGuy's, i have got n-400 interview scheduled at Irving TX on Jul 25th 2024. My i-751 is still pending. Do i need to take my Spouse along with me on that day?

My N-400 interview was completed on 07/25 and my Oath was completed on 07/26.
N-400 was pretty straight forward it ended in 15 min's. No complex questions.
Write, Read, Civic
6 questions from n-400 application.
addition of new and current employment.
and that's it.
as soon as i left the interview room got approval and updated the status on website.
received my Oath appointment timing for 07/26 with in 15 mins.
