Is Student Exchange Program worth it?

I'd applied for exchange student program at USA government funded program for class 10th and i've got accepted to the final stage. But I came to know about the 2-year-home residential requirement, it limits my life to my home country for 2 years.

Should I go for exchange student or not?

I feel bad, as I have a good chance to immigrate in that time (as I can get employed by a big company once I turn 18, or launch my own bussiness there). If I go for student exchange program, it will limit my success and I will be limited to my country.

In my country, it is extremely hard to get No Objection Statement because the system and people in state government / passport office / central government is corrupt.

Hardship: I have no US citizen spouse or children.

No Fear of prosecution from my country.

No U.S Federal Agency interested.
