My spouse is a U.S citizen & had applied for K3 visa during september 2006. During October 3rd week i have been told that both the petitions have been approved. I live in india. Can u tell me the next steps i should expect & how would the entire process be in my case. Whether it would be a Immigrant Visa, which packet i would be receiving etc.
