Hi,
I am on H1B and my visa is valid until 05th March 2013. My employer has applied for an extension with USCIS and my application is currently pending with USCIS. I am expecting to get the approval some time in the month of feb. Can i apply dependent stamping request for my spouse now or do i need to wait until i get the approval for extension from USCIS. Appreciate your replies.
