h1b extension denied - plz reply

My h1b extension was applied on June 1st week 2012 .
I upgraded to premium on September 2012.
I got my RFE immediately and my company responded for my RFE.
I got my denial today. I have 5 yrs out of my 6 yrs of h1b. Should i stop working immediately?
Can the company reapply my h1b? If the company reapplies immediately, can i keep working?
What other chances to stay in US.
