Good News guys. I got my approval as well. Status got changed on USCIS website to approved status 10 minutes ago.

Best of luck to everyone who is waiting for their approval. Everyone will get their approval.

On October 3, 2013, this I129 PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER was approved and we sent you an e-mail notice

Now my PD is May9th should get a response in 2-3 months.

Yes, I got the same message "On October 3, 2013, this I129 PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER was approved and we sent you an e-mail notice." and my attorney forwarded me an email note which he got from USCIS.

Hello guys! The same is happening to me! The clock started back on sep 20th and on oct 1st around 10am stopped again and my heart stopped for a while! :/ i talked to my lawyer and she didnt get nothing! Ive read all your comments and it gave me hope but still.. i keep crossing my fingers! Its been 2 looong days since it stopped!

Any other who had good news?

Oct 2 12:05 PM Received "15-day Premium Processing clok stopped on your I129" with Initial Review status

Today around 1:01 PM "this I129 PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER was approved and we sent you an e-mail notice"

ohh that was sad.. i am not sure about my case..no updates since Oct 2 11.30 AM...Attorney also dint received any updates..seems to be 2nd RFE :-(

Sabran did they send you a i797 notice? If so it might either be second RFE or approval. From what i know a second RFE is highly unlikely. You'll get your approval.
Remember from what we know its taking 3-4 days might take a bit more.
