H1B Stamping queries

Hi,
I would be going for H1B stamping in few days.
My Husband is already holding H1b visa and is working in same location where I would be travelling.

1. I have mentioned his name and details in Family Section in DS160 form for question "Do you have any immediate relatives other than parents in US?". Will this cause issue for my Visa approval?
2. Need help with possible interview questions for H1b Stamping, especially when husband is already working in US holding H1b visa.
