H1B Transfer

I have H1B Stamped on my Passport with the name of my previous organisation, they have revoked the petition. It is Valid till Sep,2015.Now my current organisation is telling they cannot transfer my current petition since it is already revoked and they agrees to file a fresh CAP for coming year i.e. 2015. I just want to understand , does my application comes in Lottery system only while applying in 2015 CAP or do i have advantage of Stamped VISA earlier. If I dont have advantage of the same, Is there any premium H1B Processing to avoid Lottery system and which gives 100% assurance of filing the application with US Embassy. I have never travelled to US till yet.Please help me with my query.

If you received CAP counted H1B visa within the last 6 years, you are eligible to get another H1B immediately without waiting for the cap.
