- I got my H1B in 2006. Used it from Oct 2006 - Jan 2009.
- Jan 2009, I moved to London with same employer for 2 years.
- Mar 2011 I moved back to US with same employed but on L1A visa.
- Applied GC in 2012. Have approved I-140 with PD Aug 2012.
- renewed L1A in Feb 2013 for 2 more years. Currently in L1 status.
I want to move to a different employer, can they apply for cap exempt H1B in this situation with immediate start date?
