    On H4 apply from India and on H4 goto US after petition is approved.

    Hi,

    I have a H4 Visa. I have not yet traveled US. If I get a sponsor to file H1 and if it gets approved, Can I go to US on my H4 visa, and apply for COS once I reach there ?

    Is there any chance that , again I have to come to India to have H1 stamp?
