  • H1B Extension Denied. Please help me for these questions.

I was in H1B with employer A (well known brand) for 23months. Then H1B transferred to employer B(another well known brand) , worked for 9months. No remarks in my status and docs. He filed for extension before 8 months. months back it went to RFE1&2 , he upgraded to premium and got denied 2 weeks back but employer got notice last week friday and Now they sent me to India couple days back since my visa expired. When i asked for the reason for denial they didnt share with me. Now they say they will attempt for consular processing. my questions are :
    1. Is there any other way to get the reason for denial?
    2. will the consular get through ?
    3. will it have my same salary for which i have been hired by EmployerB or can have different ?

Please share your thoughts and appreciate your help.

Are you working for an end client? How many H1B employees B has on its payroll?

    1. No direct way, only employer and their attorney. Indirectly, you can try to independently file a FOIA request, but it can take months.
    2. It depends upon the original reason for rejection.
    3. Please rephrase the question.

This is my opinion not legal advice.
