Hi,
I got my H1b visa issued on Jan 2008 and entered USA in May 2008 using H1b, however my employer at that time couldn't fit me into a right job, so I return back to my own country in Aug2008 and after then I visited USA more than 5 times lasting for 2 complete years using my B1 for business study through another employer.
Note: I didn't use my H1b Visa after my first visit and didn't receive any pay stubs during my stay.
Right now an employer is ready to transfer my H1b, would like to know the possibilities and procedure for transfer.
