OPT or H4 EAD for my case? Any Suggestion

Hi, I am studying as F1, graduating this Spring. My husband got his I140 approved last November. Should I apply OPT now or H4 EAD? If I apply F1 to H4 COS and EAD how long will it take? Thanks a lot.

H4 EAD. First you have to apply for H4 and then you can file for H4 EAD. It usually takes 3-4mons.
