How to Applt for H4 EAD

Hi All,

I came to US last year Oct 2015 on my H4 visa with my spouse on H1B and my kid on H4.
I need to know what is the procedure to apply for H4 EAD?
Should I need to wait for my spouse GC process to start and get his I-140 approved or i can do it by self.

I have around 7+ years of experience in e-publishing and project management. Will that be sufficient to file EAD or should I need to do any master degree.

You either need to wait for your Spouse's I140 to be approved or need to get your own GC filed through an employer and wait for priority date to be current. Either of which can take 1 Year to 10+ Years based on the country of birth and Employment category its being filed under.
