Greetings !!..
I used to work for company A (H1B) and switched to Company B. My new work permit for company B is valid till Feb 2017.I did not get my visa stamped when I changed my employer/company (My company "A" visa expired on October 2014) . I am now out side of United states from last 14 months working for the same company B.
1) Can I still get my visa stamped with company B and enter into US? if yes, is there any time limit to get my visa stamped?.
2) What if I don't get my visa stamped before my work permit expires?. Do company B need to file new H1 for me under H1cap?
Please guide me.
