H4 EAD Application with Extension of Stay
Hi,
Please advice:
I am in H1B valid until Oct 2017 and has approved I140.
My Wife has H4 valid untill 2017.
I have received I140 approval in Feb 2017 only.
I am planning to apply approved I140 based EAD for my wife(H4).
I am listing the couple of option I can think of, please suggest which one is good :
1. Apply H4 EAD now, once approved then apply H4 extension of stay along with extension of EAD
2. Apply for H4 EAD along with extension of stay(I539), here I can not file i129 INDEPENDENTLY AS employer will take care of it and they will apply sometime Mar or April.
Is that a feasible option, applying H4 extension in advance,
Based on the above let me know which one should I go or any other option that you can think of.
