Hi All,
I have a situation where I may be out of job and may not have enough time to find a job and get my H1 transferred. I have time left on my existing H1 until 2019. Offcourse I have an option to get a contracting role and transfer to one of those consulting firms but I am looking into my backup options.
Question here is: If I go to H4 EAD can i move back to H1 until 2019 without having to go through lottery? Or do i have to go to the lottery for H1
