H1B transfer application address

hi,

can anyone tell me to which address should I send my H1-B petition for transfer to a new employer?
There are so many addresses mentioned on the USCIS website. I am not sure which one.

USCIS Service Center, but ...

The application has to be mailed to the appropriate USCIS service center.

You can find the one that applies to you from:

However, this is to be mailed by your employer and not you.

I know its the USCIS service center, but there are different addresses for various H1 applications.
I am transfering my visa, so the address would be the one mentioned as
H1B extension???
the company will be sending the application, but I am taking care of the paperwork and every other detail.
