h1 Transfer Urgent

Hi Gurus,
I got my H1B stamped with an employer A. I'm still in India and will go to US in June probably. Meanwhile another company B has given me an offer letter and he has agreed to transfer my H1B. He says after my landing in US he can carry out the H1 Transfer. Will my employer A create any problem for me?

You should ask them to transfer and get you a new I797 while you are outside US. Once you enter US, the transfer may not go through without the paystubs. Even if it did, you are not supposed to enter on a H1 for a company that you intend not to work for.
