Change of employer

Hi All,

I came to USA on company A and within four months I transferred my H1B to company B.I have valid visa from my old company A till Dec 2008.Since I am with new company B, I am planning to get my visa stamped on my new Company B.The new company B is a small company with 3 employees and net annual income is around 80000 USD but I am paid every month since I joined. My question is, as the company is small , Will I face any problem in getting my visa stamped?

Read through the H1b rules and FAQs on immihelp main page. You do not need a new visa just because you changed your company if the old visa is still valid.
