H1 Transfer in India

Hi All,
Just need some clarification, can I do tranfer of H1 in India after stamping or not?
Citing not a good market in US, i am not sure though about 5-6 Yrs of Java/J2EE prospects, i just want to transfer it to someone whom i can rely on and being on the safer side.

Also after stamping the H1 is it necessary to join the employer in US?
Can he cancel the H1 which i had stamped in case I,ll decide not to join them?

Please clarify.

Why should they hate you? You are doing the right thing. Instead of spoon feeding, you are directing them to a path where they can learn more than what they need. If people want to prosper, they should work for.
