H1 B transfer
Hello,
I got my H1 approved for FY2009.It starts in Oct1 2008.
My employer is a small business facing some finacial issues and I am scared that he might not be able to pay me starting oct1 and may have to let me go?
Can i transfer my H1 to a different company?
If it is for a different job title do they need to file my LCA again?
Will m H1 still be valid?
Is it safe to transfer H1 before I start working with the original employer who filed for my H1?
what will be the process to transfer if I have to do it?
