H1 Transfer and Stamping - URGENT

Dear all,

Please help me in this issue. it is very urgent.

I'm working under Company A. and they have processed H1B. I have worked for Company A in USA and returned back to India. While i'm in USA i have applied for H1B Transfer through Company B and it has been approved.

Now my confusion is:

1) Do i need to go for H1B Stamping to work for Company B?

2) If i go for Stamping for Company B, will my H1B through Company A get cancelled?

Please help me in this issue. It is urgent.

Is your H1b stamp still valid?

1. Not if the previous stamp is still valid.

2. A h1b visa from any company can be used in conjunction with the approval notice to enter US. You need to read H1b FAQs.
