H1-B Extension and Transfer

Hello Everyone,


My H1-B Extension has been approved for my current employer A but I haven't got the approved petition in my hand.
Is it possible for me to transfer my H1 to another Employer B before I get my petition?

Please advise.

Possible as long as there is proof of approval or at the least the receipt number with you.

In the USCIS website I see that my H1 extension is approved and the petition was sent back to the employer.
I'm not sure when I'll get the petition in my hand.

Can I take the copy of the approval from the USCIS website when I transfer the visa ?

Is it that after I transfer my visa, I'll get the petition from the new employer ?
