I'm Applying H1, i am married but separate from my husband but not legally.
Is any document require from my husband side and what proof needed for my separation for my H1 ?


Please any senior member suggest me . Coming week i have an appointment.

Please reply me soon so that if any document is require then i can collect.

are You applied for separation through any lawyaer? like some stamp paper written like notrait is also fine for separation. VO ask for some Indian Govt. approved written documents.

No i did not apply for separation. Do i need for written in stamp paper and notrait by lawyer.

VO First ask you any documents. if you don't applied then you can explain to VO that we are separated recently, find a way to answer VO. somany people answering well sound so, VO will agree with them too. (I am senior member too).

Can i show them FIR copy?
And i will notaries also on the stamp paper by the lawyer, that we are recently separate.
Please suggest me what should i write on the stamp paper.
