Hello sir,
I add filed my H1 in 2007 andit has got approved. Till date my company has not sent me paper. They are delaying saying one or the other reasons. Currently thay have started saying that they have lost my I797c in an relocation of their office. I am really annoyed by this people. I lost many opportunities because of this. I wanted to know can i take any legal action against my consultant. Please let me know these details ASAP. Please let me know what action should i take against them.
