Hello,
I currently hold H1B visa under employer A as an Occupational Therapist (OT). I am out of US on unpaid extended leave of absence. I wish to start working soon under Employer B as Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA)under qualified license to practice (i meet the education requiremtns to work as an OTA). Can i apply for transfer of employee under different job description? If yes, can I continue working with employer A as an OT? And if in case, transfer of H1B is not approved, do I lose my original H1B Filed under employer A?
