i94 error??? need help pls

hi everyone.... i need ur help... i'm on H4 visa which will expire on oct 20, 2011......

i'll be turning 21 on september 22, 2009... the validity date which was written on my i-94 was October 27, 2011... does this mean i can stay up to oct 27, 2011? coz i'll be 21 in 3 months... and what i've heard, when you're 21 already, you are automatically out of the dependent status?? OR did the person from the homeland security make an error?? That, instead of writing 2009, he wrote 2011??

i really don't know what to do... pls help me....

There is no age restriction for spouse of H1 holder. For kids of H1, they should be below 21.
