Hi,
I have one quick question.
I am running out of time on my I-94 ( Oct 9) as well as visa gets expired on Oct 9, however, my working permit is good for another year.
I was just told that I should be able to prolong I94 while staying in the US. However, when I look on the web, I see that people with B visa can prolong it, but I don’t see H1B status anywhere.. do you know if I can or cannot?
