Checklist for H1-B interview

Hello Friends,
I am sure people would have asked these questions earlier.
My H1-B interview is scheduled soon so request you to post the links or provide information for:

1. Checklist
2. Application packs (Do we need to hand over the documents in specific folders?)
3. Dress code
4. Latest Interview questions
5. Do we get to know there itself that visa is approved
6. Interview Experiences
7. Is this a blanket petition?
If it is then I have to follow
For applicant applying with a blanket petition, a demand draft for Rs 25,000/- favouring “US Embassy, New Delhi” or “American Consulate General, Mumbai (or Chennai or Kolkata)” as applicable. DDs drawn on co-operative banks are not accepted.
8. In the document section it also says I need to carry "Letters verifying your employment history and specific work skills"
What kind of letters should I carry?

9. Consulate address for interview is different from address where we need to submit the docs?
- US Visa Application Centre to submit the docs:
Tripati Apartments
Bhulabhai Desai Road
Opp. Mahalakshmi Temple
Mumbai

- US Embassy or Consulate:
American Consulate General, Mumbai
Lincoln House, 78 Bhulabhai Desai Road, Mumbai 400026

4, **** * why you choose the USA, there are no more jobs for American citizens and GC holders!!
5 **** * ask to VO this question when you appeared for interview , they will answer you gently.
