H1 Change of employer H4

I have changed my employer and got new H1B.My wife and son have H4 visa from my previous H1B.They are still in my home country and holds H4 visa but they have never traveled to USA since they got H4 last year.Now i have changed my employer and my H1 is associated with new employer.Do I need to apply H4 again for them or they can still come on previous H4 they hold.H4 is still valid till July 2011 based on my previous H1.
I will really appreciate if some one guide me.

No need to go for new stamping. They can travel as long as their existing H4 visas are valid. This is a very common question. Read the FAQ in immihelp.

Thanks.Can you give me link for FAQ.I tried to find out but could not find.In that case even i can travel on my previous H1.
