Need urgent help on H4 Please help

My husband is in USA. I am in India and going for H4 stamping in a week. Please let me know if I need to take my husband's I797 original document with me while going for stamping? or just a copy of I797 is enough?

Please suggest.

Original is required. There are cases of successful stamping with just a copy. But that completely depends on the VO. My two cents is to carry the original I-797 of the spouse.

Original is absolutely required. That is clearly one of the mandatory requirements.
