Query on DS160 form

Please let me know whether should I have to take only the printed page which I has received in email on appointment or there is some more documents has to be printed for D160 form.
how we used to print for D156, D157 form

You need to carry the following:

1. Visa Confirmation (That you've received in email)
2. I797 Approval Notice (Original)
3. Passport(s)
4. HDFC Receipt
5. All supported documents
