Hello,
To whom it may concern,
My H1b, I-797 is valid upto sept, 2010. Do i need to apply for new I-797 for approval first then visa extension appliation after getting approval OR I need to send all docs(original passport, I-97, fee, self addressed postage-paid envelop, employer letter) with new I-797 form with current valid I-797.
Please advice H1b extension process. I searched on internet but still i am not cleared about this.
