1)If I started my first H1B at 2015 October 1st and my latest I797 for me current employer will expire on August 2019.
Now is April, 2019,
How much time I have left for my H1B? It is 28 months or 4 months?
2) When I transfer my H1B to a new employer, if the transfer is successful, then the extension be denied? or they should happen spontaneously?
3) Will extend my current H1B help the new H1B transfer?
