Visiting India on H1B Visa

I am planning to travel to India (Hyderabad) through British Airways from USA. I am working in USA on H1B visa and my visa is valid till Oct 2010.



The plane has a stopover in London Heathrow for 5 hours before flying to Hyderabad. I found an article in immihelp (https://www.immihelp.com/non-usa-transit-visa/) that talks about Direct Transit visa if we stay in Heathrow airport for less than 24 hours. I doubt that this is applicable only to Mumbai-London-New York transit. My itinerary is Boston-London-Hyderabad (vice versa). Do I need to worry about the transit visa?

Transit visa is required for u.K only if your U.S visa in the passport has already expired or that you want to step out of the airport in U.K. Otherwise you are good.
