My husband is working in US on H1. Currently I am working in an IT company. Now he started processing my H4 visa through his company. So I have planned to go to US by taking leave for few months. If his stay gets extended further I may quit my job from there itself (on expiry of my leave).
For this how should I produce the NOC to visa consulate. If I state that I am on leave for few months (say 3 months) in NOC, will my visa expire after 3 months even if my husband's H1B does not expire.
Kindly let me know the format to produce the NOC.
