H1B Transfer + GC Refile
I am looking to transfer my H1B to a new employer with my current priority date set at 2018. I have few questions before I plan on switching. Can you please let me know. TIA
1. My wife is currently working on H4EAD and the expiry date on it is Aug 2023, will she lose her status while my H1B transfer and labor is being initiated ?
